Board Chair & Co-Founder

A senior risk and assurance leader with expertise in operational resilience, risk culture, and strategic governance. Recognised for developing innovative, data-driven approaches that integrate behavioural insights and human factors into enterprise risk frameworks. With extensive international leadership experience across complex and highly regulated environments, Ayo is passionate about advancing global dialogue on systemic risk and business resilience through cross-sector collaboration and strategic foresight.

Ashu Sharma

Board Member & Co-Founder

Corporate Investigator with Anglo American and Chief Strategy Officer for the Association of Corporate Investigators. Certified Corporate Investigator, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Certified Corporate Ethics and Compliance Practitioner. ISO Expert panel member with former law enforcement and regulatory background. Specializes in financial crime and ethics investigation, financial crime risk mitigation, and employee safety. Extensive experience across commodity, mining, banking, not-for-profit and public sectors.

Samah Farah

Board Member & Co-Founder

A senior business transformation and programme lead with 20 years' experience across highly regulated global environments. Currently working in global ethics and regulatory compliance within the mining industry, supporting governance, accountability, and ethical culture across multiple jurisdictions. Specialises in governance, risk, financial crime and regulatory compliance management, including leadership of group-wide whistleblowing and reporting programmes. Previously held senior programme and transformation roles in financial services, including at HSBC, delivering regulatory change and risk transformation initiatives internationally.
